Follow these steps to connect your admin portal to Google Sheets. This allows your driver pool and draw history to sync across devices. Estimated setup time: 15–20 minutes.
Go to sheets.google.com and click the + button to create a new spreadsheet. Name it Milestone DOT Compliance — Admin Data. Create three tabs at the bottom: DriverPool, DrawHistory, and SAPDrivers.
In your Google Sheet, click Extensions → Apps Script. This opens the script editor. Delete any existing code in the editor.
Copy and paste the following script into the Apps Script editor exactly as shown:
Click Deploy → New deployment. Under type select Web app. Set Execute as: Me and Who has access: Anyone. Click Deploy and copy the Web App URL provided.
Paste your Google Apps Script Web App URL here to activate the sync connection.
Add a test driver in the Driver Pool panel. Then check your Google Sheet — the driver should appear in the DriverPool tab within a few seconds. If it does not appear, verify your Web App URL and that access is set to Anyone.
